Premium quality products form the basis for trust and safety both for medical professionals and patients, and this is especially true for medical devices from L&R. At L&R quality management is a way of life and something we are always further developing.

Expertise in development and production, excellent quality assurance procedures and well-engineered technologies are just a few of L&R’s strengths. We combine innovation with tried-andtested features to create user-friendly products. Two things are of utmost importance: safety and quality.

L&R operates on the basis of an internationally recognized and certified quality management system. As a part of this system we comply with internationally applicable standards and laws specific to the manufacture and distribution and sales of medical devices. Only products which comply with international requirements are marked as such (e.g. CE marking) and released for marketing. In addition to these strict legal requirements we have tough internal standards all along the entire supply chain. Every product that leaves our company has undergone extensive quality control measures.

Assuming responsibility – we live and breathe quality

All L&R employees are required to actively ensure the quality of processes, products and services within their work environment. It is management’s job to promote this awareness of quality and accountability. Management ensures that the company‘s quality policies and related systems are actively communicated and understood. Ongoing training and qualification courses and a continuous improvement process that is well established in all company departments also help increase levels of awareness about accountability and motivation among employees.
